TL Note: Sayo is referencing the 三角食べ (sankaku tabe/triangular eating), a method of eating a Japanese meal consisting of one bowl of rice, one bowl of soup, and one or more side dishes in which the diner eats a mouthful of each meal component sequentially, rather than finishing the meal components one at a time.
